All Massages are customized for the client and promote health and relaxation by relieving muscle tension, decreasing cortisol levels, and improving circulation. Your massage can also focus on pathological states of the soft tissue structures of the body, such as Tendonitis, Low Back Pain, Neck & Shoulder Pain, TMJ, Headaches, Hip Pain, and many other acute or chronic conditions. Depending on your needs, my treatment may include any of the following techniques to the problem area: Moist Heat, Cupping, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Passive or Active Joint Movement, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure, and Guasha. Pressure can be adjusted as needed for the client. All Prenatal Massages must provide a doctor’s note at time of treatment. Massage during this time is excellent for back pain, edema, sciatica, leg cramps, and insomnia. It also increases the flow of oxygen, blood, and nutrients to both mother and baby.
Hot Stone Massage

This technique uses hot basalt stones to soothe sore muscles, relieve stiff joints, and increase circulation. My Hot Stone Massage is performed in combination with massage techniques. This combination of hot stones and hands-on technique will result in a therapeutic massage great for relieving pain.

This relaxing, deep cleansing facial will give you both results and a relaxing sensorial experience. It is tailored to your skin condition and skin type. Includes skin analysis, a deep pore cleanse, steam, exfoliation (with an Enzyme Peel), extractions, and a mask. Also includes a relaxing massage to the face, neck and décolleté, as well as, hands and feet.
Refresher Facial

This 30 minute facial will give you a quick skin boost that will brighten even the dullest skin. This treatment includes cleansing, exfoliation, mini facial massage, and a mask. No steam or extractions are included.
